Midlands Projects Management are a Specialist Projects Controls consultancy. We provide Client-Side, Tier 1, 2 & 3 EPCM contractors & management consultants with an extensive range of specialist, integrated & multi-disciplinary controls services.
MPM HAVE SUCCESSFULLY PARTNERED ON A NUMBER OF LARGE SCALE CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PROJECTS ON BOTH A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL LEVEL
CURRENT PORTFOLIO
Our team has significant experience in water and waterwaste and has a successful track record with similar
clients and projects. We pride ourselves on delivering only the best results for our clients so that they see an increase in productivity that has lasting results for their business.
We currently have Major project portfolios based at Sellafield, Intel Ireland, Catanya Sicily & APPLE Denmark. Ongoing Ad hoc support being provided to clients currently from our Office & site locations: Lilly Pharma, BMS Pharma Projects, Severn Trent Framework Asset Programmes, Water Treatment plants in the Middle East. Sewage Treatment Works (STW) & Semi-conductor refurb projects to name a few.
OUTLOOK
Over the past year we have steadily grown our privately owned consultancy business within the UK & European locations by offering a blended mix of specialist project Planning & Controls services.
Advising and managing project controls activities for major clients such as M+W GMBH, Jacobs Engineering, Severn Trent Water, General Electric, Novartis & National Grid Gas Networks. We are now at the stage of expanding Midlands Projects Management Ltd as a consultancy business to potential clients within the UK & more specifically in the Midlands.
